Yes. BEWISE automatically detects which Odoo version is active and adapts the synchronisation. Both are fully supported.
Every tenant has a unique tenant_key that scopes all data rows. Platform admins have cross-tenant visibility; tenant admins see only their own data. Full isolation at database level — no shared state.
PDF (via Google Document AI with multi-page fallback), XLS/XLSX (via Gemini JSON prompt), and CSV/TXT (internal tabular parser). Output is always an Odoo purchase order via the existing adapter.
5 attempts with exponential backoff: 60s → 300s → 900s → 1800s. Specific error codes like MISSING_SKU and SKU_NOT_FOUND fail immediately without retry. All errors are visible in the dashboard with full context.
